Credit Suisse First Boston
Christian Armbruester is a Director in the Equity/Index Arbitrage
department for Credit Suisse First Boston in London. He is responsible
for developing and trading European sector ETFs as well as market
making US index ETFs. Other job functions include developing and trading
various proprietary trading strategies. A graduate of Columbia Business
School with an MBA in Finance, he joined CSFB in 1999 after spending
three years in Equity Derivatives at Bankers Trust in London and three
years with Amprotech as an equity analyst, based in the US and Bahrain.

MORAN,

Dow Jones Indexes
Mr. Moran is responsible for the marketing and distribution of Dow
Jones Indexes and related products. Prior to June 1998, when he began
to devote his full attention to the index business, he had been vice
president/ law and deputy general counsel for Dow Jones & Company
since 1991 and 1990 respectively and president of the indexes unit
since January 1996. Mr. Moran received a Bachelor’s degree from Harvard
College and a J.D. degree from the University of Virginia Law School. |

BOURCIER
Global Marketing Coordinator for ETFs,
Société Générale
Isabelle Bourcier is responsible for the launch of new ETFs, new markets
and the client support team for SG's Master Units. Her first assignment
with SG was with the Fixed Income Department as a sales person for
options and structured products and later gained her expertise in
marketing in the Equity Derivatives department. Isabelle also spent
2 years with the Financial Times in London as Editor for one of their
online information services. |

The Primary Markets section further develops the profile and accessibility
of the German capital market, especially for small- and medium-sized
enterprises and offers services in pre-IPO stages to potential issuers.
One of Ranier’s main responsibilities is Neuer Markt, Europe’s leading
market for technology and growth companies. Mr. Riess holds a Master
of Economics from the Johann Wolfgang Goethe-University in Frankfurt.
As a Fulbright scholar he received a Master of Business Administration
from the University of Miami. |

Clemens joined SWX Swiss Exchange in November 2000. He is head of
Equity Products and responsible for Exchange Traded Funds and all
new equity product development at SWX. Mr. Reuter is a graduate of
the Fachhochschule Cologne (University of Applied Sciences) as a “Diplom
Betriebswirt”, which equates to the US Bachelor of Science degree
in Economics. |

State Street Global Advisors
Agustin Fleites is a Principal of State Street Global Advisors. He
is responsible for the development and implementation of offshore
investment products, the management of SSGA’s exchange traded product
efforts, and the firm’s business efforts in Latin America. Gus joined
the firm in 1987 and is a member of SSgA’s Investment Committee. Gus
holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Multinational Management
from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Masters
of Business Administration in Finance from Babson College. He is a
Chartered Financial Analyst. |

Timothy joined AXA Investment Managers in 2000 as Head of Index Management
and Quantitative Research. He started as quantitative researcher for
Credit Commercial de France in 1992 after his MBA in Bank and Finance.
In 1996, he became Head of European Equities for CCF SAM. Before joining
AXA IM,Timothy was Head of Equities at Sinopia Asset Management. Timothy
is also a teacher in various universities and business schools. |

Ms. Fuhr is responsible for international marketing for OPALS (Optimised

the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain and Portugal. Ms. Fuhr has an MBA
from Northwestern University, JL Kellogg Graduate School of Management

Swiss Institute for Banking and Finance, University of St. Gallen
Dr. Andreas Grünbichler is a Professor and Director for the Swiss
Institute for Banking and Finance at the University of St. Gallen,
Switzerland. He is also a member of the Managing Board of Bank Styria
in Graz, Austria, the STOXX Indices Advisory Committee as well as
the editor’s committees of the Journal für Betriebswirtschaft and
Finanzmarkt und Portfoliomanagement. Dr. Grünbichler studied Business
Administration at the University of Graz, Austria and received a Ph.D.
in Finance from the University. From 1992 to 1995, he was a visiting
Assistant Professor of Finance at the Anderson School at UCLA. |
MICHAEL
SCHANZ

Standard & Poor’s
Michael joined Standard and Poor’s last October as a strategic consultant
in their Index Products group. He began his financial career in investment
banking with UBS in Toronto and New York. Thereafter, Mr. Schanz moved
to Europe and assumed a number of different positions with increasing
seniority. Before joining S&P, he worked as the founding Managing
Director of STOXX Ltd. Mr. Schanz graduated with a Bachelor of Science
from McGill University and MBA from Concorda University in Montreal. |

Chief Operating Officer,
Euronext
George Möller is Chief Operating Officer of Euronext, which is the
result of the merger between ParisBourse SA, Brussels Exchanges and
Amsterdam Exchanges in September 2000. Prior to this, he was Chief
Executive of Amsterdam Exchanges; the stock and futures exchanges.
Mr. Möller studied business economics at the State University of Groningen
and obtained his Master’s degree. |

Scott Stark heads STOXX Limited’s marketing and sales team, covering
licensing the Dow Jones STOXX indexes to financial institutions and
global marketing, including advertising campaigns, and analyst and
media coverage. He has over 17 years of operational and marketing
experience with stock exchanges and index products. Scott has an MBA
from Golden Gate University, San Francisco and a BBA from the University
of Oregon, Portland. |

Peter Thompson is responsible for the European exchange traded fund
business for Goldman Sachs. Before relocating to London earlier this
year, Peter spent three years in Tokyo managing an equity and index
derivatives portfolio. Prior to this, he held a variety of trading
assignments for the Hull Group in their market making operations in
the U.S. Peter holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of
Wisconsin - Madison and an MBA in Finance from the University of Iowa. |

In this role, Mr. Weber manages the business and commercial growth
and development of Nasdaq’s European exchange operations. Prior to

sector capacities. An attorney by training, Mr. Weber has represented
telecommunications, banking and insurance clients. |
