In order to make a reservation at the Arizona Biltmore, please call the hotel's reservations department and reference"IMN's Super Bowl of Indexing" block.

Due to high demand for sleeping rooms, guests must stay at least two nights in order to secure a room at the Arizona Biltmore. All guests at the Arizona Biltmore will be charged a 2-NIGHT NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT at the time of the booking. This deposit will be refunded only if you cancel your reservation at least 60 days prior to your arrival.

As of Oct 4th, 2011, all deposits are non-refundable should you need to cancel.
