The Structured Finance and Securitisation Team acts for issuers, trustees, and leading global investment banks on the full range of capital markets transactions.
The team has acted on some of the most innovative structures in the market. Asset classes have ranged from residential mortgages to credit cards.
Applying its extensive knowhow and experience, the team's priority is to add value to the transactions and to respond efficiently to the requirements of its clients. Many lawyers in the team have a London City law firm background.
The team also has a proven track record in cashbox transactions either with a UK Plc issuer or where bonds are issued by a Jersey company.
The team is fluent in the technical issues and regulatory requirements which arise in structured finance and securitisation transactions, as well as with current market practice arising from recent transactions.
