Tom O'Keefe


Tom T. O’Keefe is the principal of O’Keefe companies, and chairman and CEO of O’Keefe Development Corporation since its founding in 1986. O'Keefe companies develops, acquires and manages data centers, office buildings, industrial parks and retail centers. Since its inception, O'Keefe companies has developed or acquired over four million square feet of commercial real estate assets. Prior to founding O'Keefe Development Corporation, Mr. O'Keefe was a commercial real estate broker with Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services in Seattle, WA. Mr. O’Keefe is also the founder and former chairman & CEO of Tully’s Coffee Corporation, a company he founded in 1992. O'Keefe is presently serving as a board member for the Juvenile Diabetes Guild of Seattle and The Museum of Flight. O’Keefe formerly served as a board member or trustee for Villa Academy, Seattle Preparatory Academy, Virginia Mason Hospital, Pacific Northwest Ballet, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Children’s Hospital and the Bellevue Boy’s and Girl’s Club.
